Strangely enough, before 1900, overweight people were almost nonexistent. In fact, some had to work in circuses, getting paid just to show off their unusual size — it was so rare that gaining enough weight to qualify was a job in itself.
So why is the opposite true today? What changed?
We all know what to do — it’s simple logic. Just watch the game Survivor: every player loses weight. How? Special diets? Exercise? Yoga? It’s obvious!
Sure, we eat more today than people did back then. But why? Was it discipline? Food scarcity? Or… maybe food just didn’t taste as good!
Today, with endless spices, cookbooks, and cooking shows, food is deliciously irresistible. That chicken tastes so good, you want just one more piece.
150 years ago, that chicken wasn’t nearly as tasty.
We’re trapped. It’s hard to resist sneaking a bite of yummy salami at night — open the fridge, see the light, smell it, and take a bite.
But what if there was a food that never made you gain weight?
A food that’s delicious, soft, light — and you can eat a huge bowl of it before bed without worry?
